Collecting the information about your life for someone else to write your obituary is a thoughtful gift to your survivors, but writing you own obituary is a final gift to yourself. It’s a chance to reflect on what was important in your life. Writing your own obituary can be done at any age; many find it to be an important tool in deciding what makes life worth living.
